Context

Create an SBOM for resource-dispatcher charm and upload it in the team's drive. This should be reviewed by the SBOM team.

What needs to get done

  1. Use the fetch service to request an SBOM for resource-dispatcher charm
  2. Upload it in the team's SBOM folder
  3. Have it reviewed by the SBOM team
