Recent merge in craft-cli causes rockcraft build to fail #621

Bug Description

The recent rockcraft branch merge in craft-cli causes the rockcraft build to fail. Merge: https://github.com/canonical/craft-cli/pull/258

yes, it's a temporary issue that hopefully we fix today
