feat: Adding the Terraform module for sdcore-control-plane-k8s bundle #37

Description

This PR adds the Terraform module for the sdcore-control-plane-k8s bundle. Hence, the bundle could be deployed using Terraform.

I'm not sure it makes sense to place terraform files here, the "bundle" won't be deployed via terraform, only the indivudual charms

I was asking this through the Matrix. But I did not get an answer yet. Do we want to create separate repositories to publish them in the Terraform public registry ?
