Fix integration tests: pin juju temporarely due to bug Due to https://github.com/juju/python-libjuju/issues/913 integration tests are failing which prevents further backports.

Summary of changes:

Generated new requirements to ublock integration tests.
FIXME: This is a workaround for juju/python-libjuju#913 please pin to a released python-libjuju ASAP. juju @ git+https://github.com/DnPlas/python-libjuju@dnplas-pyyaml-6
