fix: removed not supported static image #186

seldonio/egine image was removed from the project: https://github.com/SeldonIO/seldon-core/commit/6fc7f9b3f661b12d9f5732f9e046fa29e73309dc

There is no need to keep this image in static list of image retrieval script.

Summary of changes:

Removed seldonio/egine image from the static list (and the whole static list, because it is empty now).
