Track 1.2.x branch #21

Ensure that new 1.2.x releases are picked up by tracking the release branch for the 1.2.x series of Vault.

Once we have tracks setup for 1.1 and 1.2 versions we'll start building from branches for each track.

How will you go about building both tracks? The build service we currently use will only build from master. You could build in launchpad as an option - some other projects use that when they outgrow the build service.

@popey yep will switch to the launchpad driven build service once we have the tracks setup for 1.1 and 1.2

1.2 track is now setup and I've updated the master branch build configuration on LP to publish to 1.2 edge so it would be great to get this change landed!
