The one test failing probably due to snap-dcgm repository needs a branch protection rule for terraform.

Error: error reading repository vulnerability alerts: GET https://api.github.com/repos/canonical/dcgm-snap/vulnerability-alerts: 403 Resource not accessible by integration []

This is usually because our soleng-terraform bot hasn't been installed in the dcgm-snap repo.
