This PR adds an integration test for charm building and deployment using the pytest-operator. It introduces the following changes:

.github/workflows/ci.yaml adds tox to test job dependencies, adds step for running integration tests using tox
tests/integration/conftest.py: adds helpers for integration tests as pytest fixture
tests/integration/test_spark_operator_integration.py: adds integration test for building and deploying spark charm
tox.ini: adds integration section with dependencies required for integration tests.
charmcraft.yaml: adds git to build packages
