Based on ProtonDB, it might be worth trying to run the game with Proton forced, even though it's a native game (right click > Properties > Compatibility). Can you try that as a workaround and see if it runs?
Why would I do that? If I need to run the native with this snap, not a proton

The native should work, so the issue is still valid.
However, sometimes making the game use Proton can be a temporary workaround, assuming it works. And, ironically, some native games perform better under Proton, as described in some of the ProtonDB entries for this game.
Is this still an issue? If so, this may work now with 2.64 snapd. You can try by refreshing snapd with snap refresh snapd --edge
(and restarting). Make sure to go back to stable after testing with snap refresh snapd --stable
.
The game crashes, is native not proton This doesn't happen with .deb, even reinstalled the game but I wasn't successful.
