Include gamescope in snap #81

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Gamescope includes features like being able to force a certain resolution, fixing issues with Alt+Tabbing in certain games, use AMD FSR 1.0, and can also be used to cap framerates.

Describe the solution you'd like Similarly to how work is being done to include MangoHUD and gamemode, it would be nice to include gamescope too.

I use gamescope to enable HDR on the games. I want to try Steam snap, but without gamescope it isn't worth trying.
