enables integration tests: it will run the coordinator's integration tests, using the local worker branch instead of the edge release as counterpart (tandem pr: https://github.com/canonical/tempo-coordinator-k8s-operator/pull/39)
adds code coverage report (necessary for tiobe to pick it up)

CI is a little bit flaky, coordinator tests failed twice. once charmcraft, second time 'round some sort of race with the grpc charm. we'll see...
