Description

Add --dut-iso-url in provisioning script to wget image on DUT Update device-connector to call with new arg and download to DUT

Install alloem Jammy on Stella laptop
Run hp_oemscript to provision the DUT with https://tel-image-cache.canonical.com/oem-share/stella/stella-jiayi/stella-jiayi-2024-08-30/

Note: before deploying this to cert lab, need to make sure that DUT is able to wget the image from server.
