Thanks, @danpdraper and @k-dimple, for reviews and suggestions. I have addressed them all. Please let me know if there is still something worth attention.

I have added backticks around package names and switched from 24.10 to 25.04 as the target for this to be available, as the team thinks 25.04 will be more likely the first version to include this. And, if we backport it to oracular, we can adapt this documentation.
