Add new field `channel` #123

The security team would like to request that a new (optional) field be added into the NoticePackage group, and have it be called channel. The idea is that field will be related to a string/text argument.

We request that it be optional because it will most likely not be used for USNs, but this new field will be necessary for the recently created SSNs.
