Done

Using sql alchemy: subqueryload, load_only to reduce the number of queries we make to the database.
Optimising the model hybrid property package_statuses from the CVE model. It was doing a bit too many loops.
Set a limit to the limit property of the endpoints - prevents people from attempting to fetch everything at once, blowing up the memory.
Adjusting the number of workers/pods.
