[Security suggestion] Disk encryption should be more visible #814

Hi everyone, just like previous installer, also the new one has the option to encrypt the disk well hidden in an 'Advanced' sub-menu.

Since this option is gaining popularity (see Pop!_OS), but also Windows's BitLocker and MacOS FileVault, I think is better to emphasize it a little more, maybe with a separated and ad hoc panel during installation. This is a security options and it's not good to keep it hidden.

Yes, definitely, encryption should be encouraged as the default one way or another (TPM-style or LUKS-style-with-a-passphrase). The option should be presented prominently!
