Chromium does not remain in fullscreen mode when F11 is pressed #207

Steps to reproduce:

  1. frame-it chromium
  2. Press F11

Expect: Chromium remains fullscreen Actual: Chromium gains decorations and has a border around it (around the size of drop-shadows)
