Avoid referring to a stale local branch #125

ubuntu/devel might be a local branch and that might have gotten out of date. People could waste time until they spot to work on the wrong version.

Instead refer to the pkg remote which is the latest state of the importer and should always be a better choice for merge start/finish.

I suppose merge start will not update any references for pkg, will it? If this is the case, should we also include text to remind readers they should update those references?

Yeah the text says clone new, but the issue I'm fixing (stale branches) is just as bad if one has not refreshed. I'll add that ... - thanks @athos-ribeiro
