Create schroot as final sbuild setup step #94

As mentioned in the final non-optional step here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SimpleSbuild#line-92 the schroot needs to be created before sbuild can be run.

Hi @julianneswinoga, I've yesterday realized that we left several PRs and Issues get stale here. This is due to the repo mostly starting as a team process documentation which we are happy to be used further nowadays. We've fixed that and added watching it to our regular triage, but need to work through the backlog. Once more sorry for the delay.

Your change in particular is great (one indeed needs to create a schroot) but not exactly how we'd do it. I've created PR #127 to document how we do and hope to merge that once I got a second pair of eyes on it. Once that is merged and you are happy with it we can close this PR here as well.
