Integrate 1.0 translations in ReadTheDocs #42

The 1.0 versions has partial translations for some languages. They should be integrated into ReadTheDocs.

Are there any pages where we intend to keep the previous translations?

We will only publish the po file translations for languages that will get translation of the 2.0 release.
