UA client needs a common approach to text coloration in the event of error, success and warning messages across every subcommand.

Work Items:

[ ] Define logic to automatically automatically disable or enable coloration or any text based on the detected terminal type
[ ] Define a CLI parameter to override text color options
[ ] Define a uaclient config override for text coloration defaults
