Why is this needed?

This fixes the error occurring in features/cloud_pro_clone.feature:54 and discussed here: https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-pro-client/pull/3096#issuecomment-2091188582

Test Steps

features/cloud_pro_clone.feature:54 should log a warning about skipping the apparmor check after the snapshot check but continue succeed
