Cut down word count/streamline content
Adjust formatting for consistency
etc

We will also want to add some contextual text on the landing pages to support users in navigating to the content they need (out of scope for this quick polish).

Just one typo to correct in account-problems.rst, Github will not let me correct it myself. Other than that, looks good!

Well spotted! Fixed it now :)
