"Scanning an OCI Image" is missleading - "OCI" usually stands for "Open Container Initiative" (not "official cloud images") #11008

As the title says, OCI is Open Container Initiative. So please write out OCI and just say "Scanning an official Ubuntu Cloud image" or something like that.
