WD-8304 remove react router

• Removed react-router-dom from app and from yarn dependencies
• credentials/shop/manage shows all of the keys available (previously broken)
• Clean up unused files after deleting dependency

• Check out this feature branch
• Run the site using the command ./run serve or dotrun
• View the site locally in your web browser at: http://0.0.0.0:8001/
  • Be sure to test on mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes
• credentials/shop/manage should show all the keys owned by user
• Should be able to see exams (products) that can be purchased on credentials/shop
