Flutter tooltips are pretty aggressive by default. We could set TooltipThemeData.waitDuration for the whole app.

The GNOME screen recorder refused to record the cursor and Kooha refused to record anything at all, so no mouse cursor was recorded this time but imagine it's there... :rofl:
