[POC][IGNORE] different approach to handling relational state #123

I may be wrong, but I much believe that it's a conceptually incorrect way to represent relation-based State objects as if they were functional without a relation.

This is small demo to explain what I mean.

Proposal rejected. The name was taken but the concept was refused (i.e. mandatory relation afttibute, None NOT allowed)
