Versioning: use fixed amount of prerelease numbers (4 or 5) #8

With the current versioning octopus has the problem that "beta-11" is lower than "beta-9", since it is ordere alphabetically.

Should use "beta-00001" for that to avoid this problem. Should be done for both backend and frontend.
