[ ] ヘッダーからpost新規投稿ルーティング設定。config/routes.rb
[x] post作成のコントローラー、ビューファイル等編集。app/controllers/posts_controller.rb
[ ] gem 'mini_magick’の機能追加
[x] 都道府県、路線、駅名、画像、コメント、撮影場所、おすすめ時間帯での新規投稿作成画面。app/views/posts/配下
[ ] ポスト作成画面へのリンク。app/views/shared/_header.html.erb
[x] 掲示板作成処理を行うルーティング。config/routes.rb
[ ] app/controllers/posts_controller.rbに掲示板作成処理を行うアクションを設定
