When connecting WhatsApp A and WhatsApp B in the tool and the same client / number contacting the two WhatsApp logged in, the conversation is grouped in the same ticket. Is it possible to separate the conversations that the customer / number had with WhatsApp A and WhatsApp B for example?
If this is not possible, I find it interesting to implement this feature.
