Problem When Sending Videos

I'm having trouble when sending Videos and Files to my Tickets!

Is there a way to send videos?

Maybe it could be solved if you add this to the .env file (on the backend):

CHROME_BIN=C:\\Program Files\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe

Change the route if you have another OS (not windows), it must point to the Chrome binary, not to Chromium As the main lib says:
