Trocar caractere "#" para retornar ao menu inicial.

Pessoal, utilizo em minhas filas o caractere "#" para o usuário retornar ao menu inicial e reiniciar o chat.

Alguma ideia de como trocar o caractere "#" pelo número zero? Não faço ideia de onde localizar a alteração.
