Transfer messages #515

Is it possible to send a summary of the conversation when transferring to another agent? For example: the customer contacted the technical sector requesting a product, when transferring to the sales sector, it sends a message summarizing the service with the technical sector. So that the information is recorded on the seller's whatsapp.
