Improves quick answer menu #606

This Pull Request is dependent on the PR #605.

Changes quick answer menu workflow to be used with material-ui autocomplet component.

This change also solves the bug given in PR #605, by adding accessibility to the quick answer menu with the keyboard keys, leaving only one code smells
