Need some help / more research on how to programmatically run the npm install with our private registry.

Resolved the install problem quite easily in 385c26e. This can get merged as soon as we consider 4.x to be our 'stable' version of cantina.

Actually, nvm .. not quite ready yet .. the scaffolding doesn't do the 4.x styling loading.

Pretty sure this works out of the box now .. but could use some sanity testing
