Deleting file with confirmation is now an issue after installing mcfly #350

Since I installed mcfly, removing file with confirmation is no longer possible:

$ rm file*
/usr/local/bin/grm: remove regular empty file 'file1'? y^M

I've got the ^M when I press the returen key, thus preventing me from deleting the file after typing y

Using macOS/iTerm/tmux.
