Bug description

mcfly crashes every other time when Ctrl+R is pressed

thread 'main' panicked at 'polling tty: Poll(Os { code: 4, kind: Interrupted, message: "Interrupted system call" })', /cargo/registry/src/github.com-1ecc6299db9ec823/crossterm-0.26.0/src/event/source/unix/tty.rs:135:28

The problem does not occur for version 0.7.1 Probably it's been introduced in "Replace termion with crossterm" change

How to reproduce

Install mcfly 0.8.0
Open IntelliJ
Go to the terminal
Press Ctrl+R
