Introduce rhis, A Modified Version of McFly #368

I did some work on McFly 0.8.1 to fit my requirements. It contains some bug fixes and enhancement, which I think maybe it can be used by mcfly.

Thanks for sharing this @zylthinking! I'm glad you've found mcfly helpful enough to hack on it. Of your improvements, I'd be most interested in PRs/SHA references for UI flickering and rendering issue fixes, fixes for window resize, wrapping fixes, scrolling, etc. Are these things you could share?
