Extend disable controls to pause button #243

This is more of a feature request: is it possible to extend the disable 
controls instruction to have another setting that allows the pause button to 
also be disabled during ad playback (as an optional addition to the scrubber 
being disabled)?

Yep, certainly. I'll add to the TO DO list - it's a good suggestion - I'll try 
to get this into the next release.
