Canvas used to store the (global) context URL into a plaintext json file (session.json) We need to restore this functionality with support for multiple context sessions

Canvas server up-to-date (prototype stage for now) canvas-ui-shell up-to-date too canvas-ui-repl is a mess, no nerves to deal with it now
