Prepend the hostname to log lines if the hostname is defined in the env #69

This will help separate log messages between containers in multi-container deployments.

Token is maybe too vague, call it HiddenValue or MaskedValue or ConcealedValue or something? (One argument about Secret is that if your editor supports auto-import you may end up with the wrong Secret)

I think that this should be named Token. Secret might be confused with either the client secret from the API credentials or the secrets set for plugins.
