These changes are backwards-compatible, and include appropriate README changes.

See individual commit messages for details. TL;DR:

'rpam' is still the default service, but you can specify another
'include Rpam; authpam(_foo)' still works, but so does 'Rpam.auth(_foo)' - and Rpam.authpam is an alias.
