recyclerView更换LayoutManager时,HeaderAndFooterView偏移 #10

当我将recyclerView动态由LinearManager改变为GridManager时，CanRecyclerHeaderAndFooterView向上偏移到底部与RecyclerView对齐。’

CanRecyclerHeaderAndFooterView对动态更换支持的不好，你可以试试remove掉后重新添加。

谢谢，已解决，是重新加载的时候没有重新计算ItemDecoration高度导致的
