A dev-tool for a batch of tempating requests with closure-templates is created by nodejs.

I'm a closure-templates user, but I can't afford one templating per template 
file(eg.soy), such that I make a library for resolving above problem by using 
node based V8.

I wish that Google can let it as a sub-tool in the closure-templates project, 
and more detailed codes will be in the file attached.

All attaching the file occured the 404 error, but u can use "npm install 
gtemplatesbuilder" to get the dev-tool.

Closure Templates has migrated to GitHub: 
https://github.com/google/closure-templates. Please reopen this there if it's 
still an issue.
