jvmtop detail mode output should group related info #29

Enhancement.

For example: 
 - GC info is split on 2 lines
 - uptime and %CPU are on different lines
 - pid & user are far apart
 - system time & JVM up time are displayed differently
 - a mix of formats in the header makes parsing with awk or perl harder than needed

Probably first on my list would be to reorganize the output to make it more 
top-like and to ensure that things that are related to each other are near each 
other.

One possible suggestion for a reorg:
Instead of:
