CHECK_NEAR doesn't allow more information to be streamed to it. #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CHECK_NEAR(10.0, 10.1, 1.0) << ": Message";

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It to compile and return the message when the CHECK fails.
Instead, it fails to compile.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.3 debian linux, though this problem exists on the checked in version as 
well.
