[ ] clarify if we can use symlinks instead of copy https://github.tools.sap/cap/issues/issues/14395
[x] double-check approach with AFC
[x] the cds.requires.feature-toggles and cds.featureToggles naming is weirdly inconsistent can this be better?
[x] is there a way to tie the model changes also to the plugin being active
[x] the plugin property makes little sense
[x] which roles checks are appropriate?
