bug: Figure out difference between local and CI parser-generation #18

Locally, all tools are up-to-date and the grammar appears stable (no changes after running npm run build). But for whatever reason, the CI fails.

It's back again. Versions are the same (also the hash).

Hasn't happened in a while. Can't reproduce anymore.
