Manifest V3 support #35

With Manfest V2 being disabled in Chromium soon, this extension will become unusable in most Chromium based browsers. For it to keep working it would need to be updated to Manifest V3.

I'd do so if I was familia with WebExtensions/their manifests, but I don't have much experience with them sadly.
