Can we change the size of the banner ads? #178

My understanding is this plugin automatically adjusts the size of banner ad for us. I have googled a lot but haven't found an example regarding how to set the banner ad size. Please add this feature in the future release or point me a place where the banner ad size could be configured. I believe my app is getting code 3-no fill due to the size of banner ad.
